Marlin answered all my questions, and processed my order quickly. Although I was expecting it to take a couple of weeks to arrive, I was delighted when it only took 5 days from the time the order was placed till it arrived at our address. It was packed securely, and arrived without damage. We have not yet assembled it, as the weather hasn't cooperated yet as we need to install footings. the cart arrived in perfect order. Well packed and came off the truck with no damage or flaws. Well worth the shipping cost, it would have taken us three days or more to drive to central Ohio and back.

The customer service at Working Horse Tack is outstanding, From helping me with my order and knowing what I needed for my size horse, to searching for the best price in shipping, saving me over $200. Now that is service. Also they kept me up to date on the status and when it was shipping. I can't say enough great things about my experience with them.
