Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
All items must be returned in new condition with any tags still attached. Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. We can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Working Horse Tack reserves the right to refuse your return and/or charge a restocking fee.
A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return.
All missing/damaged items must be noted within 24 hours via email to team@workinghorsetack.com
