Was looking for a small inexpensive item (tugs for pulling collar). Went online since few of the catalogues I get had any or the one that did was much more expensive . Never heard of this company before so was a little worried if I was gonna get the same quality as the other tack companies I typically deal with . Took a chance and received hi quality Hermann Oak leather and only paid about $5 to ship it to NY thinking I’ll get it in 3-5 bus days , which would have been ok with me. It came 2 days after I ordered it . Well needless to say they made me a very happy customer and I certainly would check their site for all my future tack needs. My rating is 5*
